 Description of the guesthouse :
This unique and laid-back hotel is situated in an old paved street of Ronda and surrounded by historical buildings. It is just moments away from the city centre but yet faces the mountains.
The house itself has been decorated with eclectic details, original and historical artwork and atmospheric lighting.
Above the intimate bar and the relaxed dining room, the hotel provides an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a recreation room with pool table, satelite TV, library as well as a computer with free access to the Internet.
The subtropical garden, with a large variety of exotic plants, birds and fish is a magnet for nature lovers and small children alike. Various romantic courtyards and terraces offer stunning views of the mountains, the river "Guadalevin", the old town and the renowned horse riding school of "Maestranza de Ronda".
Probably the most remarkable characteristic is that breakfast, all drinks day and night and the use of all facilities are included in the price of the room.
The breakfast-brunch buffet serves a variety of cold and warm dishes such as pastries, carpaccios, pancakes and much more.
The self service bar offers a selection of tea, coffee, refreshments, juices, beer, wines and sherries.
Description of the rooms :
All 14 rooms have a private bathroom, television, telephone, central heating, air-conditioning and a small fridge.
Double room type “A de luxe” :
The “suite” : 2 spacious floors with sitting corner and fireplace and view of the garden.
The “tower” : 2 floors in a 13th century tower with a balcony and views of the garden and the mountains.
The “Bamboo” : 2 floor room with sitting corner and large windows all along the bamboo garden.
Room “6” and “10” : spacious rooms with a terrace viewing the the garden and/or the mountains
Double room type “A”:
These rooms are still very spacious, although a bit smaller than rooms of type A de luxe.
There are seven of this rooms available, all styled in a different way. Some are modern, others have a more traditional or classical style.
Double room type “B”:
This is a spacious and modern styled ground floor room.
Small double room “economico” :
A smaller room on the ground floor but still comfortable and fully equipped.

The best way to drive to the hotel:
First of all you'll have to go to the centre of the city and head for the main street called “Virgen de la Paz”. Once you’re on this main street you continue until you’ll find the bull fighting ring (“Plaza de Toros”) on your right side. You pass the bull fighting ring until you reach the famous bridge (“Puente Nuevo”). Don’t pass the bridge but take the last road before the bridge on your left. This road is called “Rosario”. After this you have to take the first road to the right, “Calle Los Remedios”. It’s a small street going down. At the end of this street, you’ll have to take right again. It’s a street going down as well and it’s called “Calle Santa Cecilia”. Go down to the end where you’ll see the church and a monument with water taps (“Ocho Caños”). There you turn left. Now you’re in the “Calle Real”, where you will find the hotel at nº 40 (on your right side).
We don’t have a private parking but the hotel is located in a peaceful street with enough parking space.

- Cancellation within the week before arrival: 20 % charging of the total price (of all nights)
- Cancellation within 24 hours before arrival: 100 % charging of the first night and 20 % charging of all other nights |
