Cancellations are possible without a charge until 72 hours before arrival. If not, we will charge two nights stay.

Client can collect the keys in in Antonio Gonzalez Office that is situated next to Don Gustavo Building. They have an office timetable ( 9.30h to 14.30h & 16.30h to 19.30h and Saturdays 10.00h to 13.00h ).
