This modern 4* hotel ,inaugurated in 2003,is strategically located less than 5 minutes from The Airport (Madrid Barajas)and very close to IFEMA Exhibition Center(Campo de las Naciones Business Area).
The hotel facilities include very useful and COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES:
-Shuttle airport-hotel-airport (available from 6 am to midnight,clients must call the hotel when they get to the airport)
*During the celebration of the main fairs shuttle IFEMA-hotel-IFEMA will be available (limited seats, on request)
-Swimming pool all year( Outdoors in summer term)
-Cyber corners with Internet access ( 24 HRS)
-National and international daily press.

-3 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 150 people. depending on the set up. We dispose of Salon "New York" and Salon "París" with natural light and no columns. Both meeting Rooms have a capacity of 130 sqm. and are modern and fully-equipped .The main Meeting Room ("New York") is 80 sqm large and can accommodate up to 80 people (depending on the set up). Salon "Paris" is 50 sqm. It is perfect for smaller meetings as for coffee breaks or welcome drinks.
- The "Londres" Smart Meeting Room (50m²) enjoys natural light and has no columns.
Two additional meeting rooms are available, perfect for professional interviews or meetings up to 15 people (depending on the set up) equipped with the best technologies (laptop, fax, print, direct telephone, free Internet access, natural light).
All meeting rooms feature: sound system, projection screen, data connection points and free Internet access. Any set up style and audio-visual equipment may be required as well as any catering service with the highest level of service.

FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL:
Get our own bus – Hotels bus stop or if you go by car follow the signs to MADRID CENTRO. When you pass the Gas Staion,you follow through this road and you will arrive to another roundabout where is only permitted to turn right or left or 180º.You must turn 180º and going up 80 meters approximately you must take the exit on your right (first indicates in green colour “Plaza del Navío “ and then indicates “ Alameda de Osuna”. Once you have taken this exit, the first street on the right is C/ Galeón. Take this street and Hotel High Tech Madrid Aeropuerto is approximately 150 meters far.FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL

BY BUS : You could take Airport Bus ( Pza de Colón ) or subway to Airport When you are in the Airport get our own bus Or you could go 114 or 115 publish bus, both buses have a stop 20 metres from the Hotel ( From Avda. de America to Alameda de Osuna)

Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS(4 pm local time) before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.
