An historical, cultural and culinary landmark renowned throughout the world, the Grand Hotel Europe has played an important role in the life of St. Petersburg for over 130 years. During the hotel's long history it has welcomed guests from all over the world including such celebrities as Mstislav Rostropovich, Bill Clinton and Elton John, Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Herbert Wells to name but a few.
The Grand Hotel Europe offers its guests gracious elegance and luxurious comfort, something that St. Petersburg had not seen since the era of the Tsars. The Hotel has 301 rooms and suites of truly exceptional quality, replete with handsome period furnishings, tasteful décor and a generous sense of space and comfort.
Guests may choose from among several different classes of rooms and suites including 89 Standard Classic rooms, 123 Superior Classic Rooms, 19 Belle Chambres (Junior Suite), 17 Terrace Rooms (Junior Suite), 22 Duplex Suites (Junior Suite), 24 Classic Suites and 5 Executive Suites, as well as the Presidential Lidval and Rossi Suites. Our entire second floor is a non-smoking area.
All our rooms are equipped with a minibar, personal safe, satellite TV and radio, international phone with modem connections, writing desk and armchairs and a hairdryer. The voltage is 220V in the rooms and 110V - in the bathrooms.

Breakfast for children under 6 years old is free of charge. Children from 6 to 12 years receive 50 pct discount from buffet breakfast price. Children aged 13 and older are charged full price. Children aged 12 and below stay free in parents room. Rollaway bed for child USD 50.00. Babysitting available on request from the concierge. |
