 Golden Tulip Leiden is situated at the edge of the historical city center of Leiden. This town with canals from the 17th century is only 30 minutes from the heart of Hollands most famous city Amsterdam. The main railway station with trains to Amsterdam / Airport 5 times an hour is at a 100 meter walking distance. Herewith our hotel is the perfect place to stay when you visit the city. Leiden offers a wide variety of activities. Make a boattrip along the canals, go shopping, or discover the great number of antique and brocanterie shops. Also a visit to one of the numerous museums will be worth your while. At the end of the day, the hotel will be your home away from home, where you can enjoy your dinner in our Restaurant Rubens.
We have kindly priced packages available for low season and weekends. Please note that those rates are per room for 2-TWO-2 nights. The package also includes 1 dinner, 2 x breakfast buffet, an activity like a bike trip, boat trip or a visit to a museum.

Airport Schiphol at ± 25 km. Trains stop at Leiden Central station 5 x per hour. You will find the hotel, 100 meters to your left, when standing with your back to the main entrance of the railway station. By car, coming from the A44 take exit 'afrit 8'Leiden/Katwijk. Then follow the signs 'Centrum'and/or 'CS Station'. When you have passed under the railway, go left at the traffic lights, into the tunnel. When exiting the tunnel, you turn left at the lights. You will now see the hotel at your left. To find a parking place, please report to reception for help. You will find a map of our area with the photo section
