 “Europa Imperial Vilnius” Hotel is attractive for the guests not only for the best service and beautiful rooms but also for the spectacular view and exceptional location. Vilnius is a charming and historical city with many features of considerable interest. Vilnius was founded in 1323.

Access: Only 10 minutes drive from the Vilnius International Airport and few minutes from Vilnius Railway and Bus Station. From airport to Hotel you can use a taxi. It is available 24 hours. It is also possible to book a transfer at the hotel; we need to know only day and time of arrival and flight number. At the daytime you can reach the Bus Station by bus No 1,2. At the Bus Station you can get the bus No 31, 34. You need to go out at the bus stop name ”Auđros Vartai“ and go through the Dawn Gates about 100 meters by foot to the Hotel.
There is a car-hire (AVIS) available 24 hours at the Hotel.

Conferences and seminars, wedding banquets, private meetings, annual parties; each one is different in format and style, and each needs its own unique ambience. We have the necessary facilities and flexibility. We can accommodate up to 40 guests and work out a seating arrangement or a dining environment to make your event even a more memorable occasion for everyone. Our function room is a place ideal for seminars, products launches, cocktail parties, lunch and dinner. Special menus can be arranged to suit individual requirements. Additional audio - visual equipment with permanent assistance from our technical staff is available. There is at the Europa hotel no leisure Center right now, but we can arrange transportation to the “Ad Astrum” Hotel & Business center free of charge. There are Sauna and swimming pool.

1. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
1.1. If the Customer informs about the cancellation of the order of an individual Guest before 24 hours before 12 a.m. on his/her arrival day, no cancellation charge shall be paid.
1.2. If the Customer informs about the cancellation of the order of an individual Guest:
1.2.1. 24-0 hours before 12a.m. on his/her arrival day, the Customer shall undertake an obligation to pay a cancellation charge of 50% of one daily hotel room rate.
1.2.2. later than 12a.m. on his/her arrival day, or a Guest does not arrive, the Customer shall undertake an obligation to pay a cancellation charge of 100% of one daily hotel room rate.
1.3. In case the Customer informs about the group cancellation 28 days in advance, no cancellation charge shall be paid to the Executor.
1.4. If the Customer informs about the cancellation of the whole group:
1.4.1. 27-15 days in advance, the Executor shall be paid a cancellation charge of 10% of one daily hotel room rate for each reserved room.
1.4.2. 14-8 days in advance, the Executor shall be paid a cancellation charge of 25% of one daily hotel room rate for each reserved room.
1.4.3. 7-2 days in advance, the Executor shall be paid a cancellation charge of 50% of one daily hotel room rate for each reserved room.
1.4.4. less than 48 hours prior to its arrival or if it does not arrive, the Executor shall be paid a cancellation charge of 100% of one daily hotel room rate for each reserved room.
1.5. Sanctions shall not apply when 1 to 4 guests are cancelled in a group.
1.6. The Executor shall have the right not to charge for cancellation.

FIT rates- for individual guests (less than 10 persons) paid by Customer, or paying themselves cash, credit card, bank transfer, voucher higher rate (if agreed), the difference excl. VAT has to be paid to the Customer.
Group (G) rates- for more than 10 persons guest groups, paid by customer or themselves, each 16th person in the group free of charge, head of the group has availability for free upgrade if possible.
Additional discount -5% discount from G rate, if the group is staying at more than one of Europa hotels (Vilnius - Klaipeda, Vilnius - Riga, etc.)
Closed days: hotel has the right to close FIT and G rates, the Customer will be informed 6 months before, confirmed reservations won't be cancelled or changed.
Standard rates- official hotel rates incl. buffet breakfast, luggage, parking (if reserved) and taxes, valid from 1st of January, 2003 until 31st of December, 2003.
Commission: separately agreed commission can be paid if FIT and G rates will be closed; also the difference (excl. VAT) between FIT and G rates is paid if the customer has paid himself; also 10% commission is paid from catering orders made by customer.
Weekend rate is valid for FRI-MON.
Children: up to 12 years free of charge in parents room with additional bed, up to 16 years 50% of official rate in the separate room.
Additional bed- 25 EUR, incl. breakfast.
Hotel parking - free of charge.
