Cancellation policy for individual bookings:
Cancellations till 48 hours prior arrival are free of charge. After this time laps, we will charge 80% of the rate of the first night. In case of no-show, we also request a pena1ty charge of 80% of the rate for the first night.

All rates includes services and the local taxes. In case the percentage of the local tax (VAT) should change (upwards or downward), the rate would modify according to the new tax level.
Breakfast 7,50 Euro per person is not included in the rate.
